Must-do Attractions In Osaka



Universal Studios Japan may be one of Japan’s most popular attractions, with tourists from around the globe trekking to Osaka to visit the fun, movie-inspired theme park. Venture into the unknown in Jurassic Park and chow down on a giant turkey leg before riding the dino-themed rollercoaster, or wander down Diagon Alley in Harry Potter World and quench your thirst with a Butterbeer before embarking on a forbidden journey with Harry and friends on the world’s number one ride for five years running.

See the oriental past of Japan come to life at the reconstructed Osaka Castle. Head inside and explore the museum showcasing the castle’s history and Toyotomi Hideyoshi before exploring the picturesque castle grounds. The castle is accessible with elevators inside to transport visitors up and down the castle floors.

Dotonbori


To get amongst the hustle and bustle of Osaka, head downtown to Dotonbori. Walk through the precinct and admire the many bright lights and neon signs as you look for somewhere to grab a bite to eat. Try Okonomiyaki or Takoyaki at one of the many restaurants lining the street before heading into the markets to pick up a souvenir or two.
